Because Office 365 (like most subscription services) automatically renews on your credit card if you don't explicitly cancel it, it's a good idea to check your subscription status if you haven't in a while. /P>
Visit the Office home page and click Sign Up in the upper right corner of the page. Sign in with your email associated with the account; you can open any Office app and go to File> Account to review this address if you're not sure.
Once you've logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on My Account link. On the right side, you will see a Manage account header, which lets you know when your subscription will automatically renew.
To stop the renewal, click on Manage account under this heading and under Renewal Information , you can Turn off automatic renewal or Cancel subscription .
