It's no secret that finding a job is not easy. To put the odds on your side, it is better to be persistent, determined and... original! Damien Mescudi, a young 22-year-old community manager understood this well and did not hesitate to stand out from the competition by creating a unique CV. His particuliarity ? It was created from excerpts from videos of YouTubers!
The young man and his best friend had this amazing idea while watching StoryTime, a concept that consists of sharing a personal anecdote with its subscribers on YouTube. "We stumbled upon a YouTuber talking about her baccalaureate and I said to myself:'Why not push the concept a little further by making a CV by putting videos end to end?'", he said. he explained to Echos Start . Damien Mescudi watched around fifty videos in order to gather all the sentences necessary to create his CV, before posting his montage on Twitter. Result:his video has been shared more than 4,500 times in just a few days!
We hope that this unique initiative will have the same impact as that of Youcef Boualem, this young man who had created his cover letter by recycling tweets and who had thus landed the internship of his dreams. Everything seems to be off to a good start for Damien Mescudi, who has already received some interesting offers!
