TEDxAmsterdamWomen shows that life does not always go as planned, but can still turn out positive by letting national and international speakers tell the story behind their story. On Friday 28 October, TEDxAmsterdamWomen will be presented for the first time as an evening event in the characteristic Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. The organization has unveiled the first five speakers:Bénédicte Ficq, Michelle Miller, Gloria Wekker, Asma Mansour and Jan Kizilhan. The theme for 2016 is 'Unraveled. The story behind the story'. Stories of hope and positive change are told by inspiring women and men who have an impact on Dutch society and the world," said Marian Spier, founder TEDxAmsterdamWomen. The impressive line-up with inspiring TED talks fits in seamlessly with the theme 'Unraveled. The story behind the story'.
