When looking for a new job, 50% of Dutch millennials (18 – 35 year olds) know exactly what they are looking for and 60% are convinced that they will find the job they want. 70% say they know the online places to look to find a new job, but a quarter say they don't know. Employers are also approached directly (32%) and online search engines (31%) and print media are used (24%). This is evident from Monsterboard's World of Work survey among 4,114 employees in Europe.
