"A picture is worth a thousand words". This is an expression that sums up the initiative of Brice Ticelin, a young graduate of ESSCA in digital marketing. The 24-year-old, who wants to land a position as a strategic planner, has understood that the competition is tough. To deal with it, he had an ingenious idea!
Rather than sending traditional applications to recruiters or telling his story on LinkedIn, Brice created an original CV on Instagram. It comes in the form of an interactive mosaic, which reveals, as you scroll, the profile of the young candidate. Thanks to this work, which took him a hundred hours, we discover the young man's interest in sociology, meditation, psychology, vinyl records and even philosophy.
Through this initiative, Brice proves that he masters the position he covets, since he describes this CV as "an advertising campaign". "The product to sell is myself, and the prospects and customers are the communication professionals and the recruiters," he explains to Echos Start . According to the website, the young man has not yet landed a job interview but his CV has already circulated a lot in the advertising world. We wish him good luck!
