To share a Google calendar with the public:

  1. Go calendar.google.com .
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. In the left pane, find the calendar you want to share.
  4. Hover over the calendar name and click the three vertical dots.
  5. Click Settings and Sharing .
  6. Scroll down to Access Permissions and click the checkbox next to Make publicly available. .
  7. Click Get link to share to find the public URL of your calendar.

If you prefer to restrict calendar access to a select group of people:

  1. Go calendar.google.com .
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. In the left pane, find the calendar you want to share.
  4. Hover over the calendar name and click the three vertical dots.

  6. Scroll down to Share with specific people .
  7. Click Add Name .
  8. Enter the person's name (if in your address book) or email address.
