The recruitment site Monster has unveiled a survey on the bad habits that the French have at work. 58% of respondents said they had none. It would seem that men are more serious than women since 61% of them do not have small quirks (at least, according to them) against 53% for women. Yeah, that's a lot of irreproachable people!
According to the study, personal searches on the Internet are the most common bad habits. More than a third of employees admit to surfing the Web for private purposes during their working hours. Next come micro-naps practiced by 6% of employees, flirting at the coffee machine by 2% (have romantic comedies lied to us?!) and theft of food and supplies for 1% of them . In terms of small quirks, the Ile-de-France residents are the worst students. 37% of them regularly surf the Internet for personal reasons, 11% take micro-naps (almost twice as many as in other regions!) and 5% steal food and supplies from their colleagues. Well, it remains to be seen whether the respondents were honest because given the percentages of those who declare themselves to be exemplary, we have some doubts!
