You are not the only one to be attracted by this trend:one in four French people already practice it and 65% of workers in France are interested in this mode of operation, according to an Ipsos survey for Revolution @ Work.
The many advantages of telework would be at the origin of this craze. For 79% of respondents, working from home is a "good thing" to limit traffic jams. Many also think it "facilitates economic decentralization" outside the capital and major cities (71%) and "the pace of life" (70%). If it simplifies everyday life, does teleworking contribute to well-being? In any case, that's what the French think. For 62% of respondents, this mode of operation allows them to find a balance between private and professional life.
Telecommuting could also have a positive impact on employers:51% of respondents think that telecommuting promotes "efficiency, productivity". So, what are you waiting for to leave your austere open space to enjoy the comfort of your living room?
