First, open your PowerPoint document and get to the View tab on the tape. Choose the Normal watch. Select the first slide of the presentation.
Then click the Insert tab and go to the Text cluster. Click on the small Date and time icon that gives you options to insert the current date and time into the PowerPoint document.
Clicking the Date &Time icon opens the Header and Footer dialog box. Using the two tabs (as in the screenshot) we can add the date and time values to our main slides. It is obviously constant. The Update automatically the selection displays a dynamic time that takes the current time from the system clock. The options are the same for the Notes and handouts tongue. (Preferably don't display the date and time on the title slide.)
Remember: Every time you open or print the presentation, PowerPoint updates the date and time. PowerPoint does not update automatically but only at the beginning of the slideshow.

If you're using something like a text box to insert your date and time, you'll get a dialog like this:
If you add the date and time as a footer, the usual box will appear. In both cases, select the date and time format, and choose the language from the dropdown menu. After you OK Changes, date and time are entered in the language of the chosen country.
