One of these tasks is to forward multiple emails in a single message. You may need to do this if you want to save all emails from one account to another for safekeeping before deleting. Or, you may just have to forward a lot of mail to someone without doing each one manually. Here's how to do this in Outlook.

Open your inbox and while holding CTRL key, click each email you want to forward. You can also click an email and hold Change and use the arrow keys to achieve this without the mouse. If you want to select every email in your inbox or in a folder, just press CTRL + A to select them all.
