Taskade keeps things extremely simple. In fact, you don't even need to sign up for an account to use all of its features.
When you first load the page, you'll see where you can enter list items and a title for your note or to-do list. You can create subitems in your list using the tab button.

You can also use the free Chrome extension to make sure Taskade opens every time you open a new tab.
While you can use Taskade on your own, sharing lists couldn't be easier. Once you've entered text into your list, two links will be generated for you to share. You can share a link so others can see the list, or you can share a link so others can edit.
While Taskade doesn't include any features that make it easy to assign tasks to others, you can get creative with your lists, using the format and including the name of the individual responsible for the task.
If you choose not to sign up for an account, be sure to stick to the link that allows you to edit the list so you can make changes to it later.
Signing up for an account allows you to save and return to multiple lists at any time.
