The relationship between an employee and his superior within a company is a recurring theme. But if recent studies have rather focused on the nature of the relationship between a boss and his employee, here is a new one that risks throwing a stone into the pond… Created by the creators of personalized trips Marco Vasco and market research firm YouGov , the study shows what employees think of their boss' abilities.
And the figures speak for themselves:35% of employees believe that their superior could not do their job! To arrive at this result, some 1,003 people representative of the national population were surveyed. Among them, men are 39% to think that their boss is incapable of doing their job, against 31% of women. Another trend that has emerged:45-54 year olds consider themselves indispensable at work.
